Not that I can see on the Openreach website... They only list an "Operative
Date" on the price list, and on pricing notifications.

Well, if I look at the EAD price list...

http://www.openreach.co.uk/orpg/home/products/pricing/loadProductPriceDetails.do?data=5uW5cDedIGJkun%2FLo2I67PEgpNm%2BtShF6YESRcCqrDFZ6rNZujnCs99NbIKJZPD9hXYmiijxH6wrCQm97GZMyQ%3D%3D

Note 12 says:

"Once a Communications Provider has committed to procure an EAD 1 Gb circuit
with a 60 month Minimum Period via the placement of an Order then the rental
and connection charges current at the time of that Order placement will apply
for the duration of the Minimum Period for that Order unless there are legal or
regulatory obligations which require Openreach to vary those charges."

Which, to me, says the price stays the same for the first 60 months.

If Openreach reduce the prices because they are feeling nice, then that's tough.

If Ofcom tells Openreach to reduce their prices, then we do get to see the
reduction, even mid-term.
