Great, thanks. That sounds fairly conclusive :) I was going to dig out our most recent invoice from them to try and correlate with what they're saying. Frustratingly, they don't seem to have reduced the price of the 7 year EAD1000 in the changes due 1/5/15, so they're currently more expensive than the 1 year term! This has been flagged through our account manager, and he's trying to figure out how that got overlooked... Simon
