How do others handle this? i'd get legal advice on this. I had quite a lengthy chat with Malcolm Hutty @ LINX about this when we started getting them a couple of years back. The advice then was that you are under no legal obligation to anything with these notices. Certainly we feel that giving any customer details in response to these would be a big no no, however we do notify customers mainly because generally its not the person paying the bill but someone working for them.
