But really, you are stating the obvious, and appear to be trying to make out that Janet are inadequate in some way. Those of us: a) receiving the services of Janet, b) who understand the problem and that have much more information than yourself know that Janet do actually know what Arbour sells, and have managed the situation relatively well.
