Our latency is back to normal now - do you know if the HE fibre is fixed?

I have a case open with Microsoft and am slightly hopeful of receiving a reason.

He.net have confirmed for me that they've a fibre cut affecting their THE pop. 
I wonder if Microsoft use the same fibre.
