HE's fibre now appears to be fixed as well (as of about 9:30-10PM last
night) - at least my Smokeping graphs are now a lot, lot happier.

Hey Pete,
Our latency is back to normal now - do you know if the HE fibre is fixed?
I have a case open with Microsoft and am slightly hopeful of receiving a reason.
Best Regards

Hi all,
He.net have confirmed for me that they've a fibre cut affecting their THE pop.
I wonder if Microsoft use the same fibre.

Hi Paul,
Does the route transit over Hurricane?
I seem to have similar issues between two DCs where one direction traverses HE.
I'm also seeing some packet loss.
Taking HE out of the equation resolved the issue in my case.

Hi all,
Is anyone else having high latency issues into Sharepoint Online
services with Microsoft today?
I’m seeing an additional 130msec over LINX.
A colleague connecting over LONAP is not seeing the issue.
Thanks
Paul
