I think you’ll need to ask at the same time for that, but the keyboard swap I recall took just 2 or 3 days, though they did say it might take a week.

Thanks, Tim. So my issue with that route was that they have to replace the entire base chassis, as the keyboard is part of the unibody enclosure. This means booking it into the service centre, for about 3 days to assess, and a week to repair (in South Africa, at least).
