I think its fair to say something nasty has happened in VM's Telford
head-end; my circuits affected are VM National Ethernet's rather than
MIA/DIA services.

IIRC its optically fed from Wolverhampton as there weren't originally any
Metnet ports in Telford (may be diff now), so it could be something along
those lines.
