The issue I saw was multiple users behind the same IP causing them to be 
blocked. I always ensure customers get the same IP.

Presumably that's with the older on-demand content/applications that include 
source IP in the auth cookies (I know, I know).
i.e. They won't like it if the content fetching is done from a different source 
to the authentication.

CGN implementations that spray flows across multiple source IPs will be at 
risk, but I don't imagine that's a good customer experience in general, even 
ignoring Sky content.
