This makes no sense.  Starting with version 4.0, we create a 4G FAT32
partition.  How could you have a 2G NTFS partition?

Wait a minute.  The default configuration prints the partition table
BEFORE it tries to partition the drive.  Have you modified install.pl,
or added something strange to Z:\site\config.pl or ...\unattend.txt?

Again with the NTFS partition.  That is just wrong.
