 The recent URLs are:

 http://fpdownload.adobe.com/get/flashplayer/current/install_flash_player.exe
 http://fpdownload.adobe.com/get/flashplayer/current/install_flash_player_ax.exe

http://fpdownload.macromedia.com/get/shockwave/default/english/win95nt/latest/Shockwave_Installer_Full.exe

 (Although fpdownload.adobe.com and fpdownload.macromedia.com are
 interchangeable.)

And I would change ie7.bat to use the "packages/flash/" directory.

For Shockwave, I'm undecided. I'd like to put Flash and Shockwave in the
same directory, but there is no good name; "adobe" rules out because of
Adobe Reader and the average user / sysadmin won't think about flash
residing in a directory named "macromedia" or "adobe", so I think your
approach with putting Flash in the "flash"-directory was the right choice.
Following this, I would have to put Shockwave in the "shockwave"
 directory.
