#58: inconsistencies in flash.bat / ie7.bat / shockwave.bat

 Both ie7.bat and flash.bat download flash -- until now to the same
 location: packages/macromedia/install_flash_player_10_active_x.exe .
 shockwave.bat downloaded shockwave also to the packages/macromedia/
 directory.

 With the recent update, flash is downloaded twice: via ie7.bat and via
 flash.bat, and that to two different directories, wasting bandwidth, space
 (ok, nowadays this shouldn't be an issue anymore, but nonetheless) and
 administrative overhead (flash updates for ie7). Also the
 packages/macromedia/ directory is left only with shockwave (now from
 Adobe) in it. Time to tidy up! ;-)

 My suggestions:
 * call flash.bat from ie7.bat
 * rename macromedia directory to shockwave

 I do not know if this is possible without breaking something, but I
 thought, better report this to give a second thought about it and have a
 clean release.

 Regards

 Sebi
