You drop ndis.dos in bootdisk/drivers, edit DRIVERS.txt to add a line
describing it, then type "make".

But I have just done this for you :-).  I have uploaded ndis.img to
<http://unattended.sourceforge.net/testing/>.  You will need to copy
it to /tftpboot and edit /tftpboot/pxelinux.cfg/default to invoke it.

Please let me know how it works, since I am considering switching to
is as the default for PXE boots.  (Hm...  Teresa, do you happen to
know the licensing terms for ndis.dos?)
