Do not rename the Intel UNDI driver to UNDIS3C.DOS.  It will not work.  You must copy 
ndis.dos to the net folder and modify the system.ini and protocol.ini files 
accordingly to reflect the new NDIS driver.  See my previous e-mail for instructions.
