Well, we would not be bundling their work.  We would be providing a
link to their free download together with a script to install it.
Since we would not be reproducng their work, I suspect we would be OK
legally.  (Although we might need to make sure the end-user is aware
of the license before we perform the download.)

Their license is pretty clear:

    These free blocklists are strictly for non-commercial, personal
    use only!  If you are considering using it for any other use,
    contact us first.

Sure, it's just a bunch of registry settings.  But a book is just a
bunch of words, and real-time stock quotes are just a bunch of
numbers...  I cannot think of any reason why this work would not be
covered by copyright.

Now, fhe file itself includes neither a copyright notice nor a
license, which might make it harder for them to enforce.  Or not; I am
no lawyer.  But ethically, even if not legally, we should respect the
authors' intentions.  It would be wrong to use that .reg file in
anything other than a non-commercial, personal environment.

Overall, I am inclined to make this a FAQ entry with a link to their
site, rather than bundle a script.
