I am using the standard script provided from the CVS, yes. And I'm keeping it
up2date too.
I did some more testing on this subject and it appears that I can install
Office 2000 Professional on Windows XP Professional (with my additional
settings in unattended.txt (see end of mail)) just fine, except when it comes
to the updates. The updates are telling me that they cannot be installed
because the software is either missing (of course its not since I just
installed it obviously) or the software has been updated somehow else and
therefor the update cannot be applied to the software.
On Windows 2000 Professional I cannot even install Office 2000 Professional
because it asks me to insert the Windows 2000 Professional SP4 CD into the
CD-Rom drive. The problem with the updates does exist here too.
Maybe someone could help me since its very annoying to not be able to install
Office 2000 and XP and therefor not being able to finishing the test phase. :(
