I don't have Win2K in my unattended os directory so I can't test the setup you have. Here is something I found on Google. http://www.appdeploy.com/messageboards/tm.asp?m=3841 Office2K is asking for the Win2K because it needs or it thinks it needs something from the i386 directory. What happens when you feed the Win2K CD to the Office2K installer ?
