Judy, thank you so much.  Your words reminded me of a quote from long ago that 
I'll probably repeat wrong, but I know you know what I mean.  It goes something 
like this:  The art of teaching is teaching from the heart.  Hillary spoke 
about the 18 million cracks in the political glass ceiling -- well, 
unfortunately, if we hear cracks in our profession these days, we hear the 
sounds of hearts - cracking.  Please keep yours whole and well, Judy.  Bev
