Ah, but that would indicate clear cultural bias, would it not? Although
Robert is actually in California, so this would be a meta-cultural issue.

I guess we would have to track this in a generic fashion, some sort of
cross-platfom "breathalyzer" which keeps you from hitting the Send button
too soon, regardless of alcohol type?
