I’m afraid to say that since PHO SAMPHAO with White dot (for aspirated) – 
https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/824603/unicode/glyph2.png, l. 5 c. 2 – may 
be (badly) drawn with 
U+0E20 THAI CHARACTER PHO SAMPHAO and U+0325 COMBINING RING BELOW, « ภ̥ », you 
have to use your Internal Font…
