I made a few changes to unicon.cygwin.zip to fix make Configure problems.
There are 3 final problems that need to be fixed by Jafar.
UHOME/src/common/rswitch.r
UHOME/src/runtime/fxposix.ri
UHOME/ipl/cfuncs/fpoll.c
You may notice that my new .zip file is about 7 MB larger.
My previous build aborted after building UHOME/uni/unicon/unicon.
My latest build produced all the programs that are compiled
using unicon.
