Well I played with it again today.  I changed fuel filter, sprayed
carb cleaner down carb throat, checked plugs and they are moist.  I
pulled dipstick and I can smell fuel in the oil.  Despite what I did,
it still runs same.  I haven't pulled the carb apart, yet......
