Hi waterguy, it looks like since there wasn't a rule in 71 about HIN numbers it's hard say if this is the complete HIN. But I recall that the HIN on the original title didn't look like a complete HIN as you would it expect to be by the new standard. Anyway good enough to get it registered. Really dont like to post HIN numbers in any forum but it looks like x31sxxx where the x are numbers pretty selfexplaining.
