check the fluid levels in each battery and cell. You can get a fluid tester for 3 or 4 dallars at most auto parts stores.

Unless the block heaters are on (even during the summer), the engines turn over extremely slow and are getter harder to start. But when they are fully warmed up they are nearly impossible to start and the engines turn over very slowly. My first thought is that I either need to have my starters rebuilt or replaced.
