The ones I have seen you have to remove the strips to remove the screws. If
you are going to all that trouble I would remove the window frame and
re-cock the frame as well as the screw holes. When you remove the frame you
might just find other problems than just the screw holes.

So do I need to find and extract the screws with the plastic in place,
in order to rebed the screws or does the plastic get pulled out via
needle nose, thus exposing the screws to rebed?
