If you can't see the little screw heads, they are under the plastic
strip. They are small pan-head screws, either 3 or 4, I don't
remember.  If the plastic breaks, as mine did, I went to the home
improvement store and bought some white plastic channel and ran it
through my table saw to get the correct width.  You will need to grasp
the end of the existing strip  at the opposite end of the track from
the window and pull it out.  Since the window weight will be resting
on the strip it will not be easy.  Before you try pulling it out,
spray some silicone along the bottom of the glass.  It should drip
down on the track to help the strip slide out from under the window.

The glass will not lift out of the track. You will have to remove the
plastic strip, screws and then slide the track with the glass in it,
outboard.
