How this all applies to our little community is something you'll have to elaborate on. I was referring to lies by people in authority. Elected -- or in this neighborhood -- appointed, including self-appointed, by groups with either 300+ or 91 members, by the local 800-lb gorilla, etc.   Al Krigman
