Yes, that certainly helped the Socialist Workers. It was patently obvious that this wasn't the Basque m.o. How this all applies to our little community is something you'll have to elaborate on.
I was referring to lies by people in authority. Elected -- or in this neighborhood -- appointed, including self-appointed, by groups with either 300+ or 91 members, by the local 800-lb gorilla, etc.
