Along with Tony's suggestions (I like Spybot a little more because it is
the only version, not a shareware vs free), I would strongly suggest that
users install Mozilla Firefox, an outstanding browser that is void of MOST
of the problems associated with IE.  Firefox has been in the news a lot
lately as they have released their 1.0 release; you can download Firefox
here:

http://www.mozilla.org/products/firefox/

I use it for Windows, Mac & Linux machines, so you should be able to get
the version you need.  There are a ton of really cool enhancements for it,
also, so do yourself a favor and install it ASAP.
