Dear Tony-

Two of the newly elected board members were on the dog
committee and were anti-dog park, weren't they?
Congratulations on being able to stuff the board of
the FOCP with 'pro-criminal activity' dog owners!

Do you need to be here legally to work on the Board?
One of the new board members is an illegal immigrant
and West Philly (Anarchist) Squatter! Great to see
that the caliber of the FOCP Board is so high! Sad to
see you had to scrape the bottom of the barrel to pack
the board!
