i agree with bruce. it would be great if we could keep this discussion from becoming personal, as seems to be the case for many discussions in the hood. at the end of the day we're still all neighbors. if we can't work out these local issues amongst ourselves without personal attacks, how can we ever expect our country to work out issues in a reasonable way.
hopefully mr roger's hood can be in disagreement without disenfranchisement, stephen

I haven't done a tally of the FOCP Board members to see what their individual opinions on the issue of a dog park are. However, if you don't think it's fair, I suggest you come to tonight's meeting and ask biased members of the board to recuse themselves.
