Its no Joke. People WILL pay that much to live in UC.
I talked to someone and they said a friend with $200,000 could
only go to 49th St near Locust.

well now, the dp article DID say that penn was trying to 
accommodate SMALL families with these condominiums. I mean, 
let's be fair about this.
