I don't get either of these, sorry. A lot of people in this neighborhood
process computer stuff through Penn, because a lot of people on this
list are hooked into Penn. I don't see how you can rule out any sort of
on-campus computer contacts in an off-campus community. For better or
for worse, our community consists of lots of Penn people. Like right
next to where the aircraft carrier docks, a lot of sailors live.
The question is more: are they being administered by Penn employees or
Penn dependents?
