Neighbors,

On the link below you have a sample of three consecutive weeks of photographic
evidence. The regular trash violations by the corporations around the "beige
block" area were taken between 3;30-4:30 PM on each day prior to trash pick
-up. (Please note that on 2/19/08, recycling week, the trash was on the street
2 days because of holiday schedule.) (Sorry for the poor film quality)

The pictures called campus 1 and 2 are from 2/19/ 08. (On 2/19/08, Chris
kingsley and Dexter Bryant of UCD claimed to know nothing and see nothing about
Campus Apts. regular violations.) The other pictures are from 2/12/08 and
2/26/08.

On the front page of Al Dia, there is a story about an area in NorthPhilly (see
2nd link).  The city has not picked up recycling for 5 years in their area;
however, the residents started getting tickets over 3 consecutive weeks for not
separating recycling. (Too bad they are not Campus Apts. The student ghetto
never recycles and has no worries about trash tickets)

Please note that UCD does not "encourage facilitation" in North Philly so they
are apparently getting the tickets immediately.
Neighbors, please look at your trash tickets, which you received through the
mail 4 months after your violation date. If they are like mine, you will
notice that several handwriting styles are present on each ticket!!!!!

In such cases, you will see that Deputiy Commissioner Carlton Williams is
obviously lying about enforcement officers attempting to deliver our tickets
immediately. Since UCD executives will NEVER give an honest answer to ANY
question, I believe the different handwriting styles might explain what Wendell
Lewey meant went he reported to the UC Review that UCD attempts to "encourage
facilitation to send the notices out earlier."

Some of you are not aware but UCD surveils us. They compile records to keep
track of all property owners and send out bills to intimidate us with the
coming BID. ( The BID will give tax collecting rights to Campus Apts, Penn,
Melanie, Tony, and Lussenhop. The gang Lussenhop referred to publicly as the
"coalition of the willing.")

Apparently in the district, city trash enforcement officers call UCD from the
doughnut shop to receive our addresses, the UCD ENEMY'S LIST. Apparently, UCD
picks up the tickets at the doughnut shop (explaining the additional
handwriting) and completes them before giving these to the bureau of
Administrative Adjudication.

Go pay your violations because more are on the way. Campus Apts and Windhole
Lewey are making us "cleaner and safer"
