Thanks for the suggestions on how to reduce noise from the "vacuum cleaner case" - your description is right on.
Some of this is either beyond my capability or simply too time consuming, however. I'm also struggling with Windows cludge, and getting stuttering from the squeezebox that I can't figure out.
