Not as enamoured with Ubuntu today. I upgraded to Feisty and while there are some nice things:
1. fstab is screwed up. Neither of my optical drives work now. If I boot into the 2.6.17 kernel I can get my DVD-ROM to work. 2. Album Cover Art Downloader no longer runs. I'm trying desperately to solve 1. but no one on the Ubuntu forums is helping. For some reason no one there has ever answered one of my questions. All the touchy-feely Ubuntu promotions look pretty hollow if no one ever answers your questions. Unfortunately if I can't get this sorted out, it's a showstopper. My DVD-ROM truly sucks at ripping.
