Hi, thanks for your replies. To clarify. I have a linux server that runs Squeezecenter and is connected to an audio rack in my office. I also have a separate Squeezebox running in the living room connected to different audio gear.
I want the linux server to running squeezecenter to serve both my squeezebox (in the living room) and my audio system in the office. I don't care if these signals are synchronized, I merely am looking for a way to control the music that is played on the linux server from within squeezecenter. Sounds like this isn't really possible without running softsqueeze on the linux server (which also means I need to run in an X session?) Clear as mud? :) StAl -- StAlphonzo ------------------------------------------------------------------------ StAlphonzo's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=13700 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=48250 _______________________________________________ unix mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/lists/listinfo/unix
