I don't even have a pc with windows installed. The via is a slow cpu, there is no doubt there. It runs linux with no gui whatever. Touch is wired, no trans-coding is done. Lag I see on touch is that sometimes 4-6 seconds behind in showing the next title (skipping songs), or when switching between now-playing screen it needs a few seconds.
