1. Install Squeezeplug on the 2 Pi's .... this will let you install LMS
on one Pi plus Squeezelite player.  On 2nd Pi just install Squeezelite. 
LMS and Squeezelite are included in Squeezeplug.

2. Feed audio output from Pi's to amplified speakers - the analog audio
out is not powerful enough to drive passive speakers - except
headphones.

3.  Install Logitech Controller app on Andoids, and Linux PC - this lets
you control the Squeezelite players.

4.  Where's your music stored?  On a NAS, on Linux PC ?  You need a
music library somewhere which LMS can use.

5. Spotify not yet available with Squeezeplug - may be available with a
forthcoming update.  Only paid Pandora works with Squeezebox, iheart is
not available.
