Thanks Triode, this sounds like a hopeful candidate to perhaps sort out
the unbearable crackling and distortions with certain usb cards on a
MIPS platform (TPLink MR3020) and on the RasPi (eg Aureon MKII (does not
work on RasPi Archlinux, but on MR3020) & internal DAC on Nubert
Speakers (not working on MR3020, but on RasPi)).
Will stay tuned for this option!
