I've updated the linux binaries to 0.9beta6. The main change is to fix the regression which was in all the previous 0.9 versions for the non mmap output case.
It also includes: - check for clipping due to replay gain being applied (to avoid samples wrapping round when gain makes them larger than max sample size).
