for writing a Pi image to SDCARD on Windows. But it's generic, for any
image.

When you boot it the first time, it should reboot itself straight away
to resize the rootfs to fill the memory card. So when you give the board
power for the first time after inserting the card, and you've not got a
monitor plugged in to see what it is doing, I suggest you leave it for
10mins even if you think it is not working. Ping the board from your
Windows machine. When you can see it replying, ssh (root/fedora) into
it. (Or putty, or whatever you are using from Windows......)
