One other quick thought and I didn't check this when I looked at the
image. Perhaps LMS is starting before the network is fully initialised
with a dhcp address. Make sure that the "blocking"
NetworkManager-wait-online service is enabled.

sudo systemctl enable NetworkManager-wait-online.service

If there is any output when you run the command is wasn't enabled by
default.
