Thanks, Michael. Your on-board audio not being initialised is probably the reason for the reboot hang, when as part of the reboot process it is trying to save the alsa settings for a device that doesn't exist because it hasn't been initialised. I wish I knew why the audio is not being initialised for you on every boot. I have never seen it before and no-one else has reported it as far as I know. That you could have two "flakey" boards..... I don't know what to think.
