- Add page to show mounted file systems.

I've added a page to show mounted filesystems. The idea being, that
eventually you'll be able to add nfs or cifs shares to fstab via the web
interface, mount, unmount and remount them from there, which will save
editing fstab directly if running LMS on the WB and your music is
located on a network drive. Unfortuantely, I am going to have to stop
here for the moment as I have a couple of things to do for John which
are higher priority. The code for the web-gui is on github 'Web-GUI'
(https://github.com/CommunitySqueeze/Web-GUI) if anyone else wants to
pick up on this?
