I've made an updated release candidate image, CSOS RC2. web-gui (index page) availability is averaging 23-25 seconds from being allocated an IP Address via dhcp after booting. That's the best it is going to get for the moment. I can probably shave a few more seconds off, but that's basically the time it's going to take for tomcat to start and deploy the app.
