Good point to look at /opt/bootlocal.sh. It is 100. That looks like 87 for PCM. With amixer I can see that max value is 400. I setup it to 400 ( amixer set PCM 400 unmute )and voila it is now 100%. That error is resolved. But not the error with multi channel flac that are playable in the original SB Touch.
