I'd appreciate a larger distribution to experiment with and feed back to
the community.  I can see a need for a few more features and drivers and
a larger image, I mean small is always good and the size will ultimately
be limited by the RAM size, but SD card sizes these day allow for a lot
more.

My big plan is to add an IR remote control and a vacuum florescent
display (VFD) to piCorePlayer, I'm hoping to build on the existing Linux
lirc and lcdProc packages with a bit of python scripting to tie it all
together.

I have an old Squeezebox v1 and want to build something that works the
same but using the raspberry pi, the piCorePlayer is the most suitable
framework to build on, in part because it boots quickly and runs from
RAM.

I have the hardware designed and working and prototype drivers working
under Raspian, just need some help getting it on to piCorePlayer.
