I would be very interested in seeing the result of your experience if you used a LAN cable. For me I sometime see the same using LAN. So don't think that all of our problems are caused by power saving by the WiFi adaptor. Somehow squeezelite is the only program that are affected. My dropbox server (SHH server) and a web-server are all running fine. Also the "top" command shows that squeezelite is running - but no sound is produced.
