Hmm i had two uk Raspberrys and one from china - all 512 RevB.
Ive had the Problem (only once then i let the cronjob did his work) and
that was when the Chinese Pi was connected via eth0.
After i (now all of them) are connected via a separate Wlan ive disabled
the sleep mode of the Edimax with:
