Well, it's only a name, but I think Jivelite will try to "re-discover"
anything stored in that file. If not available, expect to see "warnings"
in the log, which is what you posted about.

What should happen and what does happen.... In my experience, having
clients and services bound to an interface and pulling the network cable,
I wouldn't bet on them recovering without being re-started.
